Consenting to Land being taken for a Public School in Block IV, Mount Robinson Survey District, Manawatu County.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 22nd day of October, 1941.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the land described in the Schedule hereto being taken for a public school.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land permitted to be taken: 5 acres 1 rood 37·6 perches.

Being part of Rangitikei-Manawatu B No. 4 Block.

Situated in Block IV, Mount Robinson Survey District. (S.O. 20716.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 112031, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Declaring Portions of Road in Block V, Te Kaha Survey District, and Block II, Haparapara Survey District, to be Government Road.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become Government Road.

The Eastern Side of Portion of Egmont Road, in the County of Taranaki, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 22nd day of October, 1941.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Taranaki County Council on the fourth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one, viz.:

“ That the Taranaki County Council, being the local authority having control of the roads in the County of Taranaki, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the eastern side of portion of Egmont Road, fronting part Section 163, Hua District, Block VI, Paritutu Survey District, and shown in Certificate of Title, Volume 104, folio 45, Taranaki Register ”;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the eastern side of the portion of Egmont Road (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of road.

SCHEDULE.

THE eastern side of all that portion of road, situated in the Taranaki Land District, County of Taranaki, known as Egmont Road, fronting part Section 163, Hua District (Katere Block), Block VI, Paritutu Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 112160, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
