Cancelling the Reservation over a Reserve in Nelson Land District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 8th day of October, 1941.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby cancel the reservation for public utility purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
NELSON LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 5 acres 3 roods 30 perches, more or less, being the eastern portion of Section 94A, Square 170, Block II, Tutaki Survey District, and bounded on the south by a public road, 2076·4 links, and on the north-west and north-east generally by the old bed of the Buller River. As the same is more particularly delineated on a plan marked L. and S. 1/1051B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. SCHEDULE.
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 3 roods 26·36 perches, more or less, being part of the Town Belt (Lunatic Asylum Reserve) adjoining the Town of Wellington, bounded towards the east by Coromandel Street, 126·49 links; towards the south by Lots 27, 16, and 15 of Block F, D.P. 467, being parts of Sections 772 and 773, Town of Wellington, 531·07 links; by Lots 2 and 1, D.P. 1979, being part of Section 771, Town of Wellington, and by other part of the said Section 771, Town of Wellington, and by part of the said Town Belt (Utility Reserve), 247·19 links; towards the west by part of the said Town Belt (Home for Aged Poor Reserve) comprised in Certificate of Title, Volume 176, folio 40, Wellington Registry, 103·7 links; and towards the north by reserve for Vice-Regal residence and reserve for the purposes of a general hospital, being parts of the said Town Belt as described in New Zealand Gazette No. 14 of 30th November, 1939, pages 3180 and 3181. As the same is more particularly delineated on a plan marked L. and S. 6/1/1671, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Recreation Reserve in North Auckland Land District brought under Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 8th day of October, 1941.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the North Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and such reserve shall hereafter form part of the Mount Roskill Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain by the Mount Roskill Domain Board.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
Lot 5, D.P. 29288, being part Allotment 52, Section 10, Suburbs of Auckland, Block I, Otahuhu Survey District: Area, 1 rood 33·2 perches, more or less.

PURSUANT to the authority conferred upon me by the three-hundred-and-first section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1927, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby notify and declare that the persons whose names are set out in the Schedule hereto, being officers in the service of the Crown holding the offices stated opposite their names respectively in the said Schedule, are authorized to take and receive statutory declarations under the three-hundred-and-first section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1927.
