A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, and section five of the Housing Amendment Act, 1940, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as street : 1 rood 3·29 perches.

Being part Lots 12 and 14, Deeds Plan 137, being part Section 28, Masterton Small-farm Settlement.

Situated in Block IV, Tiffin Survey District. (S.O. 20534.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 111887, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 2nd day of October, 1941.

In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 112060, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 2nd day of October, 1941.

Adjoining or passing through Rangiuru 2d No. 2 Block, and Lot 1, D.P. 30224, being part Section 12; coloured green.

All situated in Block X, Maketu Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 20578.)

All in the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 111611, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
