CHANGE OF NAME OF COMPANY.

NOTICE is hereby given that New Zealand Farmers’ Dairy Union, Limited, has changed its name to New Zealand Farmers’ Co-operative Dairy Union, Limited, and that the new name was this day entered on my Register of Companies in place of the former name.

TOTARA GOLD MINING COMPANY, LIMITED.

IN LIQUIDATION.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1933, and in the matter of the TOTARA GOLD MINING COMPANY, LIMITED (in Receivership) and in Liquidation.

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders held at the registered office of the company on the 15th September, 1941, the following resolution was passed:—

“That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same; and that, accordingly, the company be wound up voluntarily, and Mr. W. E. L. GAY, of Westport, Public Accountant, be appointed liquidator.”

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership hitherto subsisting between WILLIE AU and LOO CHONG, carrying on business as Market-gardeners at Momona in Otago, New Zealand, has been dissolved as from date.

All debts due to and owing by the partnership will be received and paid respectively by the said WILLIE AU, who will continue to carry on the business on his own behalf.
