LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

EVIDENCE of the loss of certificates of title, Vol. 16, folio 229 (Auckland Registry), for Allotment 17, Town of Puhoi, in favour of JOSEPH SCHISCHKA, of Auckland, Grocer, and Vol. 452, folio 209 (Auckland Registry), for Lot 15, Deposited Plan 17247, being portion of Allotment 58 of the Parish of Titirangi, in favour of JOHN ALBERT EDWARD ECCLES, of Auckland, Chemist, having been lodged with me together with applications for new certificates of title in lieu thereof, and evidence of the loss of Memorandum of Mortgage No. 209987, affecting Sections 1 and 2, Block VI, of the Hukatere Survey District, comprised in Deferred Payment Licenses, Vol. 327, folios 56 and 57 (Auckland Registry), given by FRANCES MARY CAMERON, as mortgagor, to IAN DONALD ARTHUR CAMERON and ALLAN WALTER IVAN CAMERON, both of Mauriceville, farmers, as mortgagees, having been lodged with me together with an application for a provisional mortgage in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate of title and provisional mortgage after fourteen days from 18th September, 1941.
