NOTICE is hereby given that the Public Trustee has filed in the Supreme Court an election to administer in respect of the several estates of the persons deceased whose names, residences, and occupations (so far as known) are hereunder set forth:—

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby declares the Native land described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act and to be included in the Opunake Development Scheme.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area of land in the Aotea Native Land Court District, containing 119 acres 1 rood 9 perches, more or less, called or known as part Pukekohatu 23A, and situate in Block 12, Opunake Survey District.

Dated at Wellington, this 11th day of September, 1941.

Including Additional Land in the Hokianga Development Scheme.

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act and to be included in the Hokianga Development Scheme.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area of land in the Tokerau Native Land Court District containing 106 acres, more or less, called or known as Pikiparia 4D, and situate in Blocks VI and X, Mangamuka Survey District.

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act and to be included in the Reureu Development Scheme.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area of land in the Aotea Native Land Court District, situate in Block XIII, Ongo Survey District, containing 53 acres 1 rood 19·8 perches, more or less, and known as Reureu 1 Section 32B No. 1.

Dated at Wellington, this 11th day of September, 1941.

Excluding Land from the Heretaunga Development Scheme.

PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby revokes, so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, a certain notice dated the 11th day of August, 1931, and published in Gazette No. 61 of the 20th day of the same month at page 2326, whereby the provisions of subsection (3) of section 23 of the Native Land Amendment and Native Claims Adjustment Act, 1929 (now Part I of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936) were applied to, inter alia, the said land, and such land is hereby excluded from the Heretaunga Development Scheme.

SCHEDULE.

THE following lands situate in the Ikaroa Native Land Court District:—
