Blenheim Milk Delivery Scheme 1941, approved.
Office of the Minister of Supply,
Wellington, 11th September, 1941.
PURSUANT to Regulation 3 of the Delivery Emergency Regulations 1940, the Minister of Supply, being satisfied that all the vendors of milk (otherwise than by sale over the counter) in the district specified in the scheme referred to in the Schedule hereto are parties to the scheme or have been given an opportunity of becoming parties thereto, doth hereby approve the said scheme.
SCHEDULE.
BLENHEIM MILK DELIVERY SCHEME 1941.
1 For the purposes of the scheme—
“ The commodity ” means milk, and includes cream :
“ The district ” means the Borough of Blenheim, together with adjoining areas as delineated by the demarcation of zones on the plan :
“ The plan ” means the plan of the district deposited for the purposes of the scheme in the Head Office of the Transport Department at Wellington under No. 3291.

The scheme shall come into operation on the day following the date of the publication in the Gazette of notice of the approval of the scheme by the Minister of Supply.

The persons entitled to deliver the commodity in the district and the extent to which they are so entitled are as follows :—

Cameron, Blenheim | Zone No. 2 (coloured brown on plan) : All that area comprising the district of Islington surrounded by the Opawa River, and the area enclosed by parts of Redwood Street, Park Terrace, and Opawa Streets, and including houses on both sides of Park Terrace within this area. |
| D. W. Jacques, Blenheim | Zone No. 3 (coloured blue on plan) : All that area bounded to the north by the Opawa River ; to the east and south by borough boundaries ; and to the west generally by Opawa Street, and including houses on east side of Opawa Street from Main Street to Stephenson Street. |
| M. A. Harris, Blenheim | Zone No. 4 (coloured yellow on plan) : All that area bounded on the north by the Omaka River from the school to Redwood Street ; thence eastward by the boundary of No. 2 Zone ; on the east by Opawa Street, including houses on the east side of that street from Main Street to Stephenson Street, and by Redwood Street from Francis to Muller Road (not including houses on the west side) ; on the south by Muller Road from Redwood Street to Maxwell Road (including houses on the south side of Muller Road except at corner of Weld Street and Muller Road) ; on the west by Maxwell Road (excluding houses on east side from Muller Road to Dillon Street but including houses on west side from Dillon Street to Omaka River via Queen Street). |

Redefining Boundaries of the Borough of Masterton, the County of Masterton, and the Te Whiti Riding of the County of Masterton.

Wellington, 11th September, 1941.
PURSUANT to the provisions of section 147 of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1933, the boundaries of the Borough of Masterton are hereby defined as set out in the First Schedule hereto, the boundaries of the said borough having been altered by Order in Council made under the Municipal Corporations Act, 1933, dated the 13th day of August, 1941, and published in Gazette No. 67 of the 14th day of August, 1941 :
And also, in pursuance of the provisions of the said section 147 of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1933, the boundaries of the County of Masterton affected by the said Order in Council are hereby defined as set out in the Second Schedule hereto :
And, in further pursuance of the provisions of the said section 147 of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1933, the boundaries of the Te Whiti Riding of the County of Masterton affected by the said Order in Council are hereby defined as set out in the Third Schedule hereto.
