Declaring Road in Block II, Puniu Survey District, to be Government Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 20th day of August, 1941.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become Government road.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of road declared to be Government road :—

A. R. P.
0 0 34 Part Lot 2, D.P. 24252, being parts Allotments 359 and 58, Mangapiko Parish; coloured green.
0 1 26 Lot 3, D.P. 24252, being part Allotment 59, Mangapiko Parish; coloured green, edged green.

Situated in Block II, Puniu Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 31262.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 111659, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Directing the Sale of Land under the Public Works Act, 1928, in Blocks VII and XI, Tauranga Survey District.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 27th day of August, 1941.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby direct the sale of the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land being no longer required for the public work for which it was taken.

Partially cancelling a Condition as to Setting-back the Building-line from Hampden Road (now Hampden Road and Hampden Street East), in the City of Nelson, imposed by Order in Council under Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 27th day of August, 1941.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby amend the Order in Council dated the fifteenth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 77 of the eighteenth day of the same month, at page 3246, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Nelson as No. 657, exempting portion of Hampden Road (now Hampden Road and Hampden Street East), in the City of Nelson, from the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to a condition as to the building-line, by cancelling the condition as to the building-line imposed by the said Order in Council in so far as it affects the land fronting the portions of the said street shown coloured red on the plan marked P.W.D. 112032, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.

Authorizing the Laying-off of a Street off Manuka Street, in the Borough of Masterton, of a Width less than 66 ft. but not less than 50 ft., subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 27th day of August, 1941.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Municipal Corporations Act, 1933, and the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby authorize the Masterton Borough Council to permit the laying-off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto of a width less than sixty-six feet but not less than fifty feet, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on that portion of the land fronting the southern side of the said street shown as Lots 5, 6, 7, and 8, on I.T. plan 12282, within a distance of forty-eight feet from the centre-line of such street.

SCHEDULE.

THAT proposed street in the Wellington Land District, Borough of Masterton, containing by admeasurement 3 roods 29·2 perches, more or less, being part Lot 3, D.P. 5623, of Section 72, Masterton Small-farms Settlement. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 111193, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
