Stopping Government Road in Block II, Puniu Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, such road being no longer required.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of road hereby stopped :—

A. B. P. Adjoining or passing through
0 0 34 Part Lot 2, D.P. 24252, being parts Allotments 359 and 58, Mangapiko Parish; coloured green.
0 1 26 Lot 3, D.P. 24252, being part Allotment 59, Mangapiko Parish; coloured green, edged green.

Situated in Block II, Puniu Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 31262.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 111659, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 19th day of August, 1941.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, such road being no longer required.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road hereby stopped: 20 perches.

Adjoining or passing through part Lot 2, D.P. 18010, being part Allotment 25, Maramarua Parish.

Situated in Block II, Piako Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 29710.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 100223, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow, edged yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of August, 1941.

Crown Land set apart for the East Coast Main Trunk Railway, in Block I, Clyde Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the East Coast Main Trunk Railway; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the first day of September, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 16 perches.

Being closed road adjoining road adjoining Paeroa 1 & 6 Block.

Situated in Block I, Clyde Survey District (Hawke’s Bay R.D.). (S.O. 2024, red.)

In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 110938, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 19th day of August, 1941.
