A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road:
6 acres 0 roods 22 perches.
Being part of the land on D.P. 10703, and being part Opanake 2M 2 Block.

Situated in Block II and III, Kaihu Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 32067.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 11185I, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of August, 1941.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road:
16 perches.
Being part Napier–Gisborne Railway land adjacent to Paeroa 1E 6 and 1E 7A Blocks; coloured pink.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

ROAD CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 16 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Paeroa 1E 6 Block; coloured green.

All situated in Block I, Clyde Survey District (Hawke’s Bay R.D.). (S.O. 2024, red.)

All in the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 110938, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 19th day of August, 1941.
