A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the street described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of street closed: 1 acre 0 roods 1 perch.
Adjoining Lot 1, D.P. 11020, being part Section 1, Block XXVI, Township of Otorohanga, part Otorohanga E No. 2 Block, old river-bed in Proclamation No. 6198, and old river-bed.
Situated in Block IV, Orahiri Survey District (Otorohanga Town District) (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 31248.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 111230, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 13th day of August, 1941.

Leasehold Estate or Interest in Land taken for the Purposes of Linen-flax Development (Seddon Factory) in Block X, Clifford Bay Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate or interest in the land described in the Schedule hereto held from His Majesty the King by Harry Charles Warren under and by virtue of Renewable Lease 160, Volume 30, folio 78, Marlborough Registry, for a term of sixty-six years from the first day of January, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine, is hereby taken for the purposes of linen-flax development (Seddon Factory); and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-fifth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land in respect of which the leasehold estate or interest is taken: 20 acres 0 roods 28 perches.
Being part Section 20.
Situated in Block X, Clifford Bay Survey District. (S.O. 3744.)
In the Marlborough Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 111895, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 19th day of August, 1941.

Revoking a Proclamation taking Land for Protective Works (the Widening and the Improvement of the Bed of the Stream called “Water of Leith”) in the City of Dunedin.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the fifth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 127 of the nineteenth day of the same month, at page 3722, taking land for protective works (the widening and the improvement of the bed of the stream called “Water of Leith”) in the City of Dunedin.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 18th day of August, 1941.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for protective works (the widening and the improvement of the bed of the stream called “Water of Leith”), and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Dunedin as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-fifth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a Public Works Depot; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-fifth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 acre 3 roods 19·3 perches.
Being Sections 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, and 29, Block 74, Town of Dunedin (City of Dunedin). (S.O. 9268.)
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 111671, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged yellow.
