NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to an application in that behalf made to me by the Westland Tailoring Trade and Other Branches of the Clothing Trade Industrial Union of Workers, Registered No. 754, situated at Greymouth, and in exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 22 of the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act, 1925, it is my intention to cancel the registration of that industrial union after the expiration of six weeks from the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette, unless in the meantime cause is shown to the contrary.

NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to and in exercise of the powers in this behalf conferred upon me by section 23 of the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act, 1925, the registration of the Rotorua Master Builders’ Industrial Union of Employers, Registered No. 1438, situated at Rotorua, will, unless cause to the contrary is shown, be cancelled at the expiration of six weeks from the date hereof.

CROWN LANDS NOTICES.

Town Lands in Auckland Land District for Selection on Renewable Lease.

Auckland District Lands and Survey Office,
Auckland, 12th August, 1941.

NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned sections are open for selection on renewable lease under the Land Act, 1924; and applications will be received at the Auckland District Lands and Survey Office, Auckland, up to 11 o’clock a.m. on Monday, 29th September, 1941.

Applicants should appear personally for examination at the Auckland District Lands and Survey Office, Auckland, on Wednesday, 1st October, 1941, at 10.30 o’clock a.m., but if any applicant is unable to attend he may be examined by any other Land Board or by any Commissioner of Crown Lands.

The ballot will be held immediately upon conclusion of the examination of applicants, and the successful applicants are required to pay immediately at conclusion of ballot a deposit comprising the first half-year’s rent, broken-period rent, and lease fee.

SCHEDULE.

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—TOWN LANDS.

Borough of Cambridge.—Block IX, Cambridge Survey District.—Town of Cambridge East.

SECTION 663: Area, 1 rood 2 perches. Capital value, £90; half-yearly rent, £2 5s.

Section 664: Area, 1 rood 2 perches. Capital value, £100; half-yearly rent, £2 10s.

These are two building-sites in Bryce Street, Cambridge, half a mile from post-office. Electric power and water are available.
