The said Max Luttrell has disposed of all his interest in the partnership business to Miss Violet Kells, who will carry on the business as heretofore.

NOTICE is hereby given that at a meeting of shareholders of the above-named company held at the registered office, Room 501, D.I.C. Buildings, Wellington, on Monday, the 28th day of July, 1941, the following special resolution was passed:—
“That the company be wound up voluntarily, and that Messrs. J. A. TUNNINGTON and T. M. STEPHENS, both of Wellington, be and are hereby appointed the liquidators of the company.”
All persons or companies having claims against the company are required to send full particulars of their debts or claims and proof of such debts or claims to the undersigned on or before the 30th day of August, 1941, and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 258 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved, or as the case may be, from objecting to such distribution.

“That it be resolved as a special resolution—
“(1) That the company be wound up voluntarily.
“(2) That Mr. THOMAS JOHN ADAIR, of Gisborne, Merchant, be and he is hereby appointed liquidator of the company.
“(3) That the remuneration of the liquidator be a sum to be agreed upon between him and a committee consisting of the present directors.”
