Notice of Meeting of Creditors.
NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to sections 234 and 300 (7) of the Companies Act, 1933, that by memorandum duly signed for the purpose of becoming an entry in its minute-book, the above-named company on the 28th day of July, 1941, passed a resolution for voluntary winding up, and that a meeting of the creditors of the said company will accordingly be held at the offices of Mr. K. H. Bayliss, Public Accountant, Queen Street, Hastings, on Tuesday, the 5th day of August, 1941, at 3 o’clock in the afternoon, at which meeting a full statement of the position of the company’s affairs, together with a list of the creditors of the company and the estimated amount of their claims, will be laid before the meeting, and at which meeting the creditors, in pursuance of section 235 of the said Act, may nominate a person to be the liquidator of the company and, in pursuance of section 236 of the said Act, may appoint a committee of inspection.

NOTICE is hereby given that a meeting of Nemonia Gold Dredging Company, Limited, will be held on Friday, the 22nd day of August, 1941, at which a resolution for voluntary winding up is to be proposed, and that a meeting of the creditors of the said company will be held pursuant to section 234 of the Companies Act, 1933, at the office of Messrs. M. J. Fogarty and Company, Mackay Street, Greymouth, on Friday, the 22nd day of August, 1941, at four o’clock in the afternoon, at which a full statement of the position of the company’s affairs, together with a list of the creditors and the estimated amount of their claims, will be laid before the meeting, and at which meeting the creditors, in pursuance of section 235 of the said Act, may nominate a person to be the liquidator of the company and, in pursuance of section 236 of the said Act, may appoint a committee of inspection.

The price of each regulation is printed thereon, facilitating the purchase of extra copies.
