By adding—continued.

From To Description of Goods. Rate.
Wellington .. Hastings, Napier, or Port Ahuriri Classes C, D, E, and E plus 50 per cent., excepting benzine in bulk, explosives, and motor-cars in cases. Owner’s risk 35s. per ton. Minimum quantity, 4 tons per four-wheeled wagon and 50 tons per week from Wellington to Hastings, Napier, and Port Ahuriri, and/or Port Ahuriri, Napier, and Hastings to Wellington. Owners to load and unload.
Port Ahuriri, Napier, or Hastings Wellington .. Goods chargeable under the provisions of Regulation 85, General Scale of Charges, and Classes C, D, E, and E plus 50 per cent., excepting benzine in bulk, explosives, dairy-produce, and frozen meat. Owner’s risk 32s. 6d. per ton. Minimum quantity, 4 tons per four-wheeled wagon and 50 tons per week from Hastings, Napier, and Port Ahuriri to Wellington, and/or Wellington to Hastings, Napier, and Port Ahuriri. Owners to load and unload.

By adding the following new regulation :—

6A. Cartage Charges between Otiria Junction and Rangiahua, Umawera, Mangamuka, Victoria Valley, Kaitaia, and Awanui.

Parcels and goods traffic may be consigned between any station and Rangiahua, Umawera, Mangamuka, Victoria Valley, Kaitaia, or Awanui, via Otiria Junction. The following are particulars of the cartage charges from or to Otiria Junction :—

Consignment exceeding 2 cwt. in weight or 20 cubic feet in measurement will be subject to special arrangement.

Parcels traffic will be charged on the separate weight of each package. Goods traffic will be charged on the aggregate weight of each consignment.

11. Delivery of Goods and Minimum Charges—North Island Main Line and Branches.

Station to Omit from column headed “Station from ” :—
Marton. Wanganui. Aramoho. St. Johns.

24. Picton Section.

By adding the following new paragraph :—

5A. The maximum charge for goods of Class E plus 50%, consigned ex ship from Picton to Blenheim and intermediate stations, or from Blenheim and intermediate stations to Picton for shipment, will be 11s. 7d. per ton, including wharfage, loading, and unloading.
