Land proclaimed as Road in Block VI, Maungatua Survey District, Taieri County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as road:—
A. R. P. Being
1 0 14·4 Part Lot 3, D.P. 1278, being part Sections 51 and 52.
2 2 12·5 Part Lot 6, D.P. 1278, being part Sections 48, 49, and 50.
Situated in Block VI, Mangatua Survey District (Otago R.D.). (S.O. 9252.)
In the Otago Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 111429, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 22nd day of July, 1941.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 15 perches.
Being part Rural Section 6623; coloured blue.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 16·7 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Rural Section 1494; coloured green.
All situated in Block VIII, Halswell Survey District. (S.O. 7370.)
All in the Canterbury Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 111563, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 22nd day of July, 1941.
