NOTICE is hereby given that the final meeting of shareholders of Southland Films, Limited (in liquidation), will be held in the Board Room at the Liquidator’s office, Briscoe’s Buildings, Dee Street, Invercargill, on Monday, 4th August, 1941, at 2.30 p.m.

(1) To receive liquidator’s final statement of accounts.
(2) To direct the custody of the books and papers and resolve that the company’s name be struck off the Register of Companies.

NOTICE is hereby given that a general meeting of Canadian Knight and Whippet Motor Company, Limited (in liquidation), will be held in the offices of Clarke, Menzies, Griffin and Co., 102 Featherston Street, Wellington, at noon on Friday the 8th day of August, 1941, for the purpose of enabling the liquidator to lay before such meeting an account showing the manner in which the winding up of the company has been conducted and the assets of the company disposed of, and for the purpose of passing a resolution as to the disposal of the company’s books and records.
