Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section nine of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that from and after the day of the date hereof the reserves described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Wairau River Board, in trust, for river-protection purposes.

Section 32, Block VI, Cloudy Bay Survey District: Area, 19 acres, more or less.

Portions of Roads, in the County of Marlborough, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 23rd day of July, 1941.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in any wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Marlborough County Council on the eighteenth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one, viz. :-
"That the Marlborough County Council, being the local authority having control of the roads in the County of Marlborough, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to—
"(a) The eastern side of the portion of road adjoining Waikawa West C, Block XII, Linkwater Survey District (C.T. 17/179);
"(b) The south-eastern side of portion of the road adjoining Waikawa West C, Block XII, Linkwater Survey District (C.T. 17/179); and
"(c) The portion of the road passing through Waikawa West C, Block XII, Linkwater Survey District (C.T. 17/179), and adjoining Waikawa West B, Section 3, Block XII, Linkwater Survey District (C.T. 18/40)";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the eastern side of the portion of road first described in the Schedule hereto, the south-eastern side of the portion of road secondly described in the Schedule hereto, and the portion of road thirdly described in the Schedule hereto, within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-lines of the said portions of roads.
SCHEDULE.
FIRSTLY, the eastern side of all that portion of road, situated in the Marlborough Land District, County of Marlborough, fronting Waikawa West C, Block XII, Linkwater Survey District.
Secondly, the south-eastern side of all that portion of road situated in the said land district and county fronting Waikawa West C, Block XII, Linkwater Survey District.
Thirdly, all that portion of road situated in the said land district and county passing through Waikawa West C, and adjoining Waikawa West B, Section 3, Block XII, Linkwater Survey District.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 100626, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Dunedin City Council on the twenty-first day of April, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one, viz. :-
"That the Dunedin City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Dunedin, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the southern side of the portion of Hadfield Street adjoining Lot 29, D.P. 26, Township of Opho, being part Section 50, Block IX, North Harbour and Blueskin District, such land being comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Register Book, Volume 203, folio 205";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the southern side of the portion of Hadfield Street (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.
SCHEDULE.
THE southern side of all that portion of street, situated in the Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, known as Hadfield Street, fronting Lot 29, Block II, D.P. 26, Township of Opho, being also part Section 50, Block IX, North Harbour and Blueskin District. As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 111033, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Land proclaimed under the Hutt Valley Lands Settlement Act, 1925, notified available for Purchase for Industrial Purposes.

PURSUANT to the authority conferred upon me by the fourth section of the Hutt Valley Lands Settlement Amendment Act, 1926, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby notify and declare that the undermentioned land is available for purchase as a site or sites for commercial or industrial purposes, and that the price fixed as a basis of negotiations with respect to the aforesaid land shall be seven hundred and fifty pounds per acre.
SCHEDULE.
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.—CITY OF LOWER HUTT.
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 36·4 perches, more or less, being Lot 2, D.P. 11627, being part Section 15, Hutt District, Block XIV, Belmont Survey District.
Also all that area containing by admeasurement 2 acres and 28·7 perches, more or less, being parts Sections 12 and 14, Hutt District, Block XIV, Belmont Survey District, bounded towards the south-west by Park Road, towards the north-west by Hutt Park Recreation Reserve, as shown on S.O. plan 134/111, towards the north-east by Railway land in Proclamation 2010, and towards the south-east by part Lot 1, D.P. 7217, Lot 1, D.P. 7397, and Lot 1, D.P. 3770.
Also all that area containing by admeasurement 5 acres 3 roods 29·5 perches, more or less, being parts of Waiwhetu Pa 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d, 2c, and 2a 1, and part of Section 12, Hutt District, Block XIV, Belmont Survey District, bounded towards the south-west by Seaview Road, towards the north by Hutt Park Recreation Reserve, as shown on S.O. plan 134/111, towards the north-east by Park Road, and towards the south generally by part Lot 8, D.P. 3770, part Lot 3, D.P. 37, by Railway land in Proclamation 2010, and again by part Lot 3, D.P. 37.
