SCHEDULE.
MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that land containing by admeasurement 3 acres, more or less, being part of Lot 1, Section 8, Block III, Wakamarina Survey District, bounded as follows: Towards the north 311·8 links and 295·8 links by a reserve for the growth and preservation of timber; towards the east 155·8 links, 336·8 links, and 630 links by aforesaid reserve, and towards the south-west 1260 links by the other part of Lot 1 of Section 8 aforesaid.
Also all that land containing an area of 3 acres 0 roods 25 perches, more or less, being part of Lot 2, Section 8, Block III, Wakamarina Survey District, bounded as follows: Towards the east 330 links and 598·5 links by a reserve for the growth and preservation of timber; towards the south 13 links and 710 links by a public road, and towards the north-east 1360 links by the other part of Lot 2, Section 8, aforesaid.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. X/96/20A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Cancelling the Reservation over a Reserve in Parish of Omaha, North Auckland Land District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 9th day of July, 1941.
Present:
THE HON. W. NASH PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby cancel the reservation for a site for a public library, mechanics’ institute, and athenæum over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

Changing the Purpose of a Reserve in Retaruke Survey District, Wellington Land District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 9th day of July, 1941.
Present:
THE HON. W. NASH PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is a reserve duly set apart for a landing-place: And whereas it is expedient that the purpose of the reservation over such land shall be changed to a reserve for a holding-place for travelling-stock:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (a) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby changed from a reserve for a landing-place to a reserve for a holding-place for travelling-stock.

Recreation Reserve in the North Auckland Land District brought under Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 9th day of July, 1941.
Present:
THE HON. W. NASH PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the North Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and such reserve shall hereafter form part of the Totara Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain by the Totara Domain Board.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 9th day of July, 1941.
Present:
THE HON. W. NASH PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly set apart as a reserve for a site for a roadman’s cottage: And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Patea:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section nine of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Patea, in trust, for a site for a roadman’s cottage.

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act, 1923, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby amend, as set forth in the Schedule hereto, the Order in Council dated the thirteenth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and forty, licensing and permitting Ernest Richard Lane to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and land below low-water mark at Picton, Queen Charlotte Sound, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a jetty.
