Cancellation.

The entry on page 1795 of the New Zealand Gazette No. 77, of 1st August, 1940, relating to the granting of a temporary commission in the Reserve of Officers, Section I, Class A, to Flight Lieutenant William John Craig, R.A.F.O., is hereby cancelled.

Redefining Boundaries of the Borough of Oamaru, the County of Waitaki, and the Papakaio Riding of the County of Waitaki.

PURSUANT to the provisions of section 147 of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1933, the boundaries of the Borough of Oamaru are hereby defined as set out in the First Schedule hereto, the boundaries of the said borough having been altered by Order in Council made under the Municipal Corporations Act, 1933, dated the 13th day of November, 1940, and published in Gazette No. 116 of the 14th day of November, 1940 :

And also, in pursuance of the provisions of the said section 147 of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1933, the boundaries of the County of Waitaki affected by the said Order in Council are hereby defined as set out in the Second Schedule hereto :
