Norman Legatt Mackie, Lieutenant Commander, Royal Naval Reserve (Retired), entered as Lieutenant Commander, Royal Naval Reserve (New Zealand), to date 18th January, 1941, and appointed to H.M.S. “Muritai” additional for fast mine-sweepers, to date 18th January, 1941.
