The National Service Emergency Regulations 1940.—Notice under Regulation 19 requiring Men, who have been called up for Service with the Armed Forces, to report.
I , ALBERT EDWARD CONWAY, Adjutant-General, New Zealand Military Forces, and an authorized officer for the purposes of the above-mentioned regulations, do hereby give notice pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 19 of the said regulations, that the men whose names, addresses, and descriptions are given in the Schedule attached (being men who have been called up in accordance with the said regulations for service with the Armed Forces), are required to report at the respective times and places shown in the said Schedule.
Dated at Wellington, this 9th day of July, 1941.

Notice calling up Reservists for Service Overseas with the Armed Forces.

IT is hereby notified for general information that, in pursuance of the powers vested in me by Regulation 44 of the National Service Emergency Regulations 1940, I have this day issued to--

notices calling them up for service overseas with the Armed Forces as being reservists of Class A of the First Division of the General Reserve, such persons having been severally convicted for that, being reservists belonging to a class of the Reserve the enrolment of which has been proclaimed, they did fail to make application in writing for enrolment in that class of the Reserve as required by Regulation 43 (1) of the National Service Emergency Regulations 1940.

Refining of Used Oil.
AN application has been received from C. H. Webb Refineries, Limited, 19 Kingston Avenue, Mount Roskill, Auckland, to commence to carry on the above industry, plant to be situated at George Street, Henderson.
Any person who considers he will be materially affected by the decision of the Bureau of Industry on this application, and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must furnish them in writing not later than the 24th July, 1941.

Taking of Fish for Sale.
AN application has been received from C. J. Crapper, Beachville, Nelson, for a license to take fish for sale by means of the fishing-vessel “Taniwha,” NN. 835, using trawl-nets, drag-nets, long-lines, and hand-lines, catches to be landed at Nelson.
Any person who considers he will be materially affected by the decision of the Bureau of Industry on this application, and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must furnish them in writing not later than the 24th July, 1941.

Any person who considers he will be materially affected by the decision of the Bureau of Industry on this application, and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must furnish them in writing not later than the 24th July, 1941.
