PURSUANT to the Bobby Calf Marketing Regulations 1939, notice has been received that

have been duly elected to be members of the Te Puke Bobby Calf Pool Committee established by the said regulations.

Declaring a Bobby Calf Marketing Pool Area.
PURSUANT to the Bobby Calf Marketing Regulations 1939, I, James Gillispie Barclay, Minister of Marketing, being satisfied that a sufficient majority of the producers in the area of land defined in the Schedule hereto are desirous that such area should be declared to be a pool area for the marketing of bobby calves, do hereby declare such area of land, defined as aforesaid, to be a Bobby Calf Marketing Pool Area for the purpose of the said regulations under the name set out in the said Schedule; and I do hereby further declare that this notice shall take effect on the 17th day of July, 1941.
SCHEDULE.
TE PUKE BOBBY CALF MARKETING POOL AREA.
All that area of land situated within the Tauranga and Rotorua Counties, and bounded by a line commencing at the point where the Mangarewa River crosses the southern boundary of the Tauranga County; thence from this point following the county boundary in an easterly then northerly direction to the sea-coast; thence following the sea-coast in a north-westerly direction to a point where it meets the eastern boundary of Section 12, Block I, Te Tumu Survey District; thence following the said boundary to its south-eastern corner; thence from this point taking a straight line across country to the north-east corner of Section 3, Block I aforesaid; thence following the eastern boundary of the said section to its southernmost corner; thence from this point taking a straight line across country to the north-west corner of Section 7, Block III, Te Tumu Survey District; thence from this point taking a straight line across country in a south-westerly direction to the north-west corner of Section 21A, Block III aforesaid; thence from this point following the south-western boundary of Section 1F, Block XV, Tauranga Survey District, to the point where it joins the Waitao Stream; thence following the said stream in a southerly direction to the north-east corner of Section 10, Block IV, Otanewainuku Survey District; thence following the northern boundaries of Sections 10 and 9 to the north-west corner of Section 9, Block IV aforesaid; thence taking a straight line across country to the south-west corner of Section 11, Block VIII, Otanewainuku Survey District; thence following the north-west boundaries of Sections 2A and 3, Block XII, and Section 2, Block XI aforesaid, to the north-west corner of Section 2, Block XI aforesaid; thence from this point taking a straight line across country in a south-easterly direction to the south-west corner of Section 9, Block XIII, Maketu Survey District; thence from this point taking a straight line across country in an easterly direction to the south-east corner of Section 1, Block XIII aforesaid, where it joins the Mangarewa River ; thence following the said river in a north-easterly direction to the point where it crosses the southern boundary of the Tauranga County, being the original point of commencement.

Authorizing the Laying-off of Roads of less Width than 66 ft.
WHEREAS in the opinion of the Minister of Lands it is inexpedient, by reason of the fact that the land shown upon the plan of Town of Ilam Extension No. 18, affecting part of Lots 59 and 60 on D.P. 2902, being part of Rural Section 12, Block X, Christchurch Survey District, Canterbury Land District, is intended to be used wholly for residential purposes, that the proposed road shown thereon as Lot 14 should be of the width of 66 ft.:
Now, therefore, I, James Gillispie Barclay, for the Minister of Lands, do hereby, in pursuance of the power conferred upon me by section 17, subsection (1) of the Land Act, 1924, and of every other power me thereunto enabling, authorize the laying-off of the proposed road of a width of not less than 50 ft.: Provided always that it shall not be lawful for any person to erect or cause to be erected any building at a less distance than 33 ft. from the middle of such road.

Election of Producers' Representatives on the Hop Marketing Committee.
PURSUANT to the Hop Marketing Regulations 1939, made under the Primary Products Marketing Act, 1936, and the Agriculture (Emergency Powers) Act, 1934, notice is hereby given that a copy of the Roll of Producers qualified to vote at the election to be held on the second Wednesday in the month of August, 1941, of producers' representatives on the Hop Marketing Committee established by the said regulations, has been deposited for public inspection during ordinary office hours for a period of seven days from the 16th day of July, 1941, at the post-offices situated at Nelson, Motueka, and Upper Moutere.
