Proclamation declaring Tidal Lands to be a Reclamation Area
in Block IX, Tauhoa Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by section two of the Land Laws Amend-
ment Act, 1932, and of every other power and authority in
anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton
Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
do hereby declare to be a reclamation area for the purposes
of the said section the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land affected :-
A. R. P. Being
0 2 2·4} Parts Lot 1, D.P. 18928, being portion
0 0 1·4} Mataia Block ; coloured yellow.
0 0 0·1 Land below mean high-water mark, Paka-
raka Creek ; coloured blue.
All situated in Block IX, Tauhoa Survey District (Auckland
R.D.). (S.O. 31283.)
In the North Auckland Land District : as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 110601,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 1st day of
July, 1941.

Authorizing the Laying-off of a Street off High Street, in the
City of Lower Hutt, of a Width less than 66 ft., but not less
than 50 ft.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 1st day
of July, 1941.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him
by the Municipal Corporations Act, 1933, and of all
other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His
Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby
authorize the Lower Hutt City Council to permit the laying-off
of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto of a
width less than sixty-six feet, but not less than fifty feet.
SCHEDULE.
THAT proposed street in the Wellington Land District,
City of Lower Hutt, containing by admeasurement 1 rood
2·24 perches, more or less, being parts Section 32, Hutt
District, and part of the land shown on D.P. 11865, being
parts Sections 31 and 32, Hutt District. As the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 109467,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise
enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portions of road
described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become Government road.
