DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership heretofore
subsisting between THOMAS HENRY CARVER and
JOHN GIFFORD CARVER, carrying on business at Napier
under the name of “Carvers” as Dry Cleaners, has been
dissolved by mutual consent as from the 10th day of
February, 1941.
The business will in future be carried on by the said
THOMAS HENRY CARVER, and all accounts due to the late
partnership are to be paid to him.

day of June, 1941, at 2 p.m., for the purpose of having an
account laid before the company showing the manner in
