Revoking a Proclamation taking Land for Road in Block XV, Purua Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the ninth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 33 of the seventeenth day of the same month, at page 964, taking land for road in Block XV, Purua Survey District.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 13th day of June, 1941.

Revoking Portion of a Proclamation taking Land for the Purposes of a Road in Block VI, Waimea Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke so much of the Proclamation dated the fifteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine, published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 145 of the twentieth day of the same month, at page 3533, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Nelson as No. 1188, taking land for the purposes of a road in Block VI, Waimea Survey District, as affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land being no longer required.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land not required: 17Β·8 perches.
Being part Section 21, Waimea East.
Situated in Block VI, Waimea Survey District (Borough of Richmond) (Nelson R.D.). (S.O. 9236.)
In the Nelson Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 111276, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of June, 1941.

Revoking a Proclamation defining the Middle-line of a Portion of the Rotorua-Taupo Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the fourth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 54 of the fifth day of the same month, at page 2155, as amended by a Proclamation dated the twelfth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 75 of the eighteenth day of the same month, at page 3000, defining the middle-line of a portion of the Rotorua-Taupo Railway.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 13th day of June, 1941.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.
