IT is hereby notified that the order of adoption as set out
in the Schedule hereunder has been made by the Native
Land Court under the provisions of the Native Land Act, 1931.

IT is hereby notified for general information that, in
pursuance of the powers vested in me by Regulation 44
of the National Service Emergency Regulations 1940, I have
this day issued to—

care of Mr. A. D. Hardy, Rotorua, Registration
No. 439773,
William Tawse Morrison, Driver, 9 Clifton Road, Hamilton,
Registration No. 436079,
Oscar Noel Thomas Neville, Carpenter, 15 Thackeray
Street, Hamilton, Registration No. 438178,
John Patrick Ryan, Horse-trainer, 206 Lascelles Street,
Hastings, Registration No. 439771, and

notices calling them up for service overseas with the Armed
Forces as being reservists of Class A of the First Division
of the General Reserve, such persons having been severally
convicted for that, being reservists belonging to a class of
the Reserve the enrolment of which has been proclaimed,
they did fail to make application in writing for enrolment
in that class of the Reserve as required by Regulation 43 (1)
of the National Service Emergency Regulations 1940.
