ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 21st day
of May, 1941.
Present:
THE HON. W. NASH PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by an Order in Council dated the twenty-
fourth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and
thirty-four, and published in the Gazette of the twenty-sixth
day of that month, a Domain Board was appointed to have
control of the Matamau Domain therein described:
And whereas it appears expedient to revoke the said Order
in Council:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of
the powers conferred by the Public Reserves, Domains, and
National Parks Act, 1928, and of every other power and
authority enabling him in this behalf, and acting by and with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said
Dominion, doth hereby revoke the aforesaid Order in Council,
dated the twenty-fourth day of July, one thousand nine
hundred and thirty-four.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Luggate Domain.

THE HON. W. NASH PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and
National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said
Dominion, doth hereby appoint
Charles Templeton,
Robert Johnson,
William Reid, jun.,
Ralph Geddes Todd,
William George Hall,
Stanley Allan Kane,
Edward James Kingan, and
Charles Joseph Jelley
to be the Luggate Domain Board, having control of the
land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby
appoint Saturday, the fourteenth day of June, one thousand
nine hundred and forty-one, at eight o'clock p.m. as the
time when, and the Albion Hall, Luggate, as the place where,
the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

Recreation Reserves in North Auckland Land District brought
under Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National
Parks Act, 1928.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 21st day
of May, 1941.
Present:
THE HON. W. NASH PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me
by the thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves,
Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, Cyril Louis
Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare
that the reserves for recreation in the North Auckland Land
District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the
same are hereby brought under the operation of and declared
to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act,
and such reserves shall hereafter form part of the Maraetai
Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as
a public domain by the Maraetai Domain Board.
SCHEDULE.
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
ALLOTMENTS 78 and 79, Maraetai Parish, Block I, Wairoa
Survey District: Area, 5 acres 2 roods 16 perches, more
or less.
Lot 97, D.P. 17095, being portion of Powhaturoa Block,
Block I, Wairoa Survey District: Area, 1 rood 31Β·1 perches,
more or less.

Cancelling the Reservation over a Reserve in Kopuaranga
Survey District, Wellington Land District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 21st day
of May, 1941.
Present:
THE HON. W. NASH PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section
seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks
Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
doth hereby cancel the reservation for public buildings of
the County Council over the land described in the Schedule
hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being
vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal
under the Land Act, 1924.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.
SECTION 8, Mauriceville Village East, Block II, Kopuaranga
Survey District: Area, 13Β·4 perches, more or less.

Declaring Land in Auckland Land District to be a
Public Reserve.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 21st day of
May, 1941.
Present:
THE HON. W. NASH PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and autho-
rities conferred on him by subsection one of
section six of the Public Reserves, Domains, and
National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, being of
opinion that there is a doubt or uncertainty as to
whether the land described in the Schedule hereto was
immediately before the commencement of the said Act
a public reserve within the meaning of section two of
the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, and acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby declare that
the said land is a public reserve for a site for a Town
Hall and Municipal Buildings within the meaning of
the Act first above mentioned.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Borough of Rotorua, Auckland
Land District, containing by admeasurement 3 roods,
more or less, and being Section 1, Block XXIV, Town
of Rotorua. As the same is more particularly delineated
on the plan marked L. and S. 16/923, deposited in the
Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at
Wellington, and thereon bordered red (Auckland plan
30190, blue).
