NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—AUCKLAND CITY.

ALL that area containing by admeasurement 1 rood, more or less, being Lot 25 on Deposited Plan No. 17586, being portions of Allotments 15 and 16, Parish of Titirangi, and being all the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 446, folio 6, Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of May, 1941.

Crown Land set apart as a Permanent State Forest.

A PROCLAMATION.

BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section eighteen of the Forests Act, 1921-22, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as a permanent State forest.


SCHEDULE.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—AUCKLAND FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.

ALL those areas in the North Auckland Land District, Hobson County, containing 956 acres 3 roods 24 perches, and described as follows:—

All that area containing by admeasurement 300 acres, more or less, and being Sections 3, 4, and 5, Block IV, Waipoua Survey District.

Also all that area containing by admeasurement 656 acres 3 roods 24 perches, more or less, and being Sections 29, 30, and 31, Block XVI, Waoku Survey District.

As the same are more particularly delineated on plan No. 7/31, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (North Auckland plans S.O. 7308 and 7007.)

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of May, 1941.

Authorizing the Laying-off of a Street (Extension of Comins Crescent), in the City of Auckland, of a Width less than 66 ft. but not less than 50 ft., subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 21st day of May, 1941.

Present:

THE HON. W. NASH PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Municipal Corporations Act, 1933, and the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby authorize the Auckland City Council to permit the laying-off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto of a width less than sixty-six feet, but not less than fifty feet, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the said street within a distance of forty-five feet from the centre-line of the said street.


SCHEDULE.

That proposed street, in the City of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 2 roods 21-2 perches, more or less, being part 16, D.P. 6797, being part Allotment 31, Parish of Waitemata. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 111035, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

The North-eastern Side of Portion of Tecomа Street (formerly Queen Street), in the Borough of Ellerslie, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 14th day of May, 1941.

Present:

THE HON. W. NASH PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Ellerslie Borough Council on the eighth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one, in so far as it affects the side and the portion of street described in the Schedule hereto, viz.:—

“That the Ellerslie Borough Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the Borough of Ellerslie, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the portion of Queen Street (now renamed Tecomа Street) adjoining Lot 539 of Allotments 6 and 7 of Section 12, Suburbs of Auckland”:

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the north-eastern side of the portion of Tecomа Street (formerly Queen Street) (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.


SCHEDULE.

THE north-eastern side of all that portion of Tecomа Street (formerly Queen Street), situated in the North Auckland Land District, Borough of Ellerslie, fronting Lot 539 on D.P. 178, being a subdivision of part Allotments 6 and 7, Section 12, Suburbs of Auckland. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 110941, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Cancelling the Reservation over Portion of a Reserve in Town of Kaitangata, Otago Land District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 14th day of May, 1941.

Present:

THE HON. W. NASH PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby cancel the reservation for police purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT.

SECTION 4, Block LXXIII, Town of Kaitangata: Area, 1 rood, more or less.
