PURSUANT to section three hundred and fifty-five of the Native Land Act, 1931, and all other powers him enabling, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby vest the land described in the Schedule hereto in the Waiariki District Maori Land Board.

Variation of Order in Council prohibiting Alienation of Native Land.

PURSUANT to section one hundred and sixty-seven of the Native Land Act, 1931, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby vary an Order in Council made on the fourth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two, and published in the Gazette on the seventh day of April, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two, and affecting Hauturu East B 2, Section 2A 1A and other blocks, by excluding therefrom the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Authorizing the Rangiora County Council to sell Timber upon Portion of a Road in the Rangiora County.

GALWAY, Governor-General.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me by section one hundred and forty of the Public Works Act, 1928, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby authorize the Rangiora County Council to sell or contract to sell and remove timber upon the portion of road bounded by Oxford Road in the north and the Cust Stream in the south and adjoining Rural Section 10521, Block V, Rangiora Survey District, Rural Sections 11445 and 11446, Blocks V and IX, Rangiora Survey District, and Rural Sections 11209 and 11210, Block IX, Rangiora Survey District. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 109726, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 9th day of January, 1941.

Authorizing Erection of a Public Hall on Rapahoe Domain, Westland Land District.

GALWAY, Governor-General.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon me by subsection one (d) of section fifty-two of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby authorize the Rapahoe Domain Board to erect a public hall on that portion of the Rapahoe Domain under its control described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT.

All that area containing by admeasurement 19 perches, more or less, being the south-eastern corner of Reserve 629, Block IX, Town of Rapahoe. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L and S. 1/976A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured in red.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 20th day of January, 1941.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section three hundred and fifty-nine of the Land Act, 1924, and section seventy-one of the Land for Settlements Act, 1925, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby temporarily reserve the lands in the North Auckland, Hawke’s Bay, Nelson, Canterbury, and Otago Land Districts described in the Schedule hereunder written for the purposes specified in the said Schedule.
