Changing the Purpose of Portion of a Reserve in Borough of Roxburgh, Otago Land District.

GALWAY, Governor-General.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 21st day of January, 1941.

Present:

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.

WHEREAS a notice of intention to issue an Order in Council declaring that the reservation over the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be changed from a reserve for recreation purposes to a reserve for a site for a children’s health camp was published in the Gazette of the eighteenth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and forty:

And whereas such notice of intention was duly laid before both Houses of Parliament in accordance with the provisions of subsection two of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928:

And whereas the Legislative Council and the House of Representatives, by resolutions dated respectively the eleventh day of October, and the twenty-eighth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and forty, approved the proposed change of purpose as aforesaid:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by subsection one (a) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby change the purpose of the reservation over the land described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for recreation purposes to a reserve for a site for a children’s health camp.

Section 136, Block II, Teviot Survey District: Area, 10 acres 3 roods 13 perches, more or less.

Changing the Purpose of the Reservation over the Ngauruhoe Public Domain.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 21st day of January, 1941.

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.

WHEREAS a notice of intention to issue an Order in Council declaring that the Ngauruhoe Public Domain, described in the Schedule hereto, shall cease to be subject to Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, and shall be deemed to be a reserve for a public-school site (Mangatepopo) was published in the Gazette of the twenty-ninth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and forty:

And whereas such notice of intention was duly laid before both Houses of Parliament in accordance with the provisions of subsection two of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928:

And whereas the Legislative Council and the House of Representatives, by resolutions dated respectively the eleventh day of October and the twenty-eighth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and forty, approved the proposed change of purpose as aforesaid:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by subsection one of section forty-one of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby declare that from and after the day of the date hereof the Ngauruhoe Public Domain, described in the Schedule hereto, shall cease to be subject to Part II of the said Act, and shall be a reserve for a public-school site (Mangatepopo).

WHEREAS a notice of intention to issue an Order in Council declaring that the portion of the Hector Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, and shall be deemed to be a reserve for an addition to a school-site (Hector) was published in the Gazette of the eleventh day of April, one thousand nine hundred and forty:

And whereas such notice of intention was duly laid before both Houses of Parliament in accordance with the provisions of subsection two of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928:

And whereas the Legislative Council and the House of Representatives, by resolutions dated respectively the eleventh day of October and the twenty-eighth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and forty, approved the proposed change of purpose as aforesaid:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by subsection one of section forty-one of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby declare that from and after the day of the date hereof the portion of the Hector Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to Part II of the said Act, and shall be a reserve for an addition to a school-site (Hector).

NELSON LAND DISTRICT.—PART OF HECTOR DOMAIN.

All that area containing by admeasurement 3 roods 15 perches, more or less, being part Section 79A and part Section 165, Town of Hector, situated in Block I, Ngakawau Survey District, bounded: On the north-east by Greenfield Street, 204-2 links; on the south-east by Pitt Street, 118-6 and 204-3 links; on the south-west by Section 167, 136-4 links; on the south-east by Section 167, 45-5 links; on the south-west by part Section 165, 90-5 links; and on the north-west by other part Section 165, 431-6 links. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/703/C, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon in outline bordered red.

Cancelling the Vesting of a Reserve in the Waipa County Council.

GALWAY, Governor-General.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 21st day of January, 1941.

Present:

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is a reserve for gravel purposes, and is vested in the Waipa County Council:

And whereas it is expedient that the vesting of the said land as hereinbefore referred to should be cancelled, and the Waipa County Council has duly consented to such cancellation:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one of section ten of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby cancel the vesting in the Waipa County Council of the land described in the Schedule hereto.
