  1. The said Board shall prepare a report each year ending
    on the thirty-first day of March, together with a statement of
    receipts and expenditure in connection with the said reserves.
    Such report and statement shall be sent to the Minister
    charged with the administration of the said Act as soon as
    possible after the close of the year.
  2. The said Board shall control the said reserves in accordance
    with the provisions of the said Act and of the regulations
    made thereunder.

SCHEDULE.
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.β€”TAIHAPE SCENIC RESERVES.
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 200 acres 1 rood and 6 perches, more or less, being Sections 63, 64, 79,
80, and part Section 62, Block XIV, Ohinewairua Survey
District, the said part of Section 62 being bounded as follows:
Towards the north and west by Sections 65 and 46A, Block
XIV, Ohinewairua Survey District; thence towards the
north and east by Section 46, Block XIV, Ohinewairua
Survey District; again towards the east by Lots 3 and 1
on D.P. 2990, being parts of Section 48, Block XIV, Ohine-
wairua Survey District; thence generally towards the south
and west by Papaki Road, the Hautapu River, Lot 2 on
S.O. plan 152/11, being part of Section 62, Block XIV,
Ohinewairua Survey District, the Hunterville-Tokaanu Road,
Section 104, Block XIV, Ohinewairua Survey District, and
again by the Hunterville-Tokaanu Road. As the same is
more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S.
4/343B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands
and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, this 30th day of April, 1941.

Reserve Bank of New Zealand : Appointment of Acting Governor.

IT is hereby notified that His Excellency the Governor-
General has, in pursuance of the provisions of the
Reserve Bank Emergency Regulations 1940, appointed
William Fox Longley Ward, Esquire, of Wellington,
to be the Acting Governor of the Reserve Bank of New
Zealand, and to hold such office for a term of three months
commencing on the lst day of May, 1941.
