Crown Land set apart for the Development of Water Power (Karapiro Scheme) in Blocks X and XIV, Cambridge Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the development of water power; and I also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twelfth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 1st day of May, 1941.

Leasehold Estates or Interests in Land taken for the Development of Water Power (Karapiro Scheme) in Block XIV, Cambridge Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the estate or interest of leasehold in the land first described in the Schedule hereto (held from His Majesty the King by David Robert Lochead, of Cambridge, Farmer, and Una Pauline Nita Lochead, his wife, as tenants in common in equal shares under and by virtue of renewable lease, Volume 252, folio 169, Auckland Registry), and that the estate or interest of leasehold in the land secondly described in the Schedule hereto (held from His Majesty the King by Arthur Thomas Harvey, of Pungarehu, Farmer, under and by virtue of renewable lease, Volume 250, folio 131, Auckland Registry), are hereby taken for the development of water power; and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the ninth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.
