Declaring Land acquired for a Government Work, and not required for that Purpose, to be Crown Land.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 1 perch.
Being part stopped road.

Situated in Block X, Cambridge Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 31002.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 109261, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 1st day of May, 1941.

Crown Land set apart for the Wellington-Napier Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the Wellington-Napier Railway; and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twelfth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 1 rood 10Β·8 perches.
Adjoining Railway land in Proclamation 93, being part Section 19, Eketahuna Settlement, and parts Lots 19A and 19B, D.P. 466, being parts closed road.

Situated in Block VI, Mangaone Survey District. (S.O. 20548.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 109069, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green, edged green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 30th day of April, 1941.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for an aerodrome; and I also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twelfth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 652 acres 3 roods.
Being Crown land, Aotea Parish.

Situated in Blocks II and III, Tryphena Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 30629.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 105568, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 30th day of April, 1941.
