Including Additional Land in the Taurewa Development Scheme.

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby declares the lands described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act and to be included in the Taurewa Development Scheme.

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby declares the Native land described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act and to be included in the Waikato Development Scheme.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area of Native land in the Waikato-Maniapoto Native Land Court District, situate in Block VI, Maramarua Survey District, containing 36 acres, more or less, and known as Onewhero Parish Lot 72B, and being all the land in certificate of title, Vol. 691, folio 115, Auckland Registry.

Notice to Persons affected by an Application for a License under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936.

Manufacture for Sale of Asbestos-Cement Products.

AN application has been received from H. Luke, 328 Lambton Quay, Wellington, on behalf of Dominion Asbestos Products, Ltd., for a license to commence to carry on the above industry.

Any person who considers he will be materially affected by the decision of the Bureau of Industry on this application, and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must furnish them in writing not later than the 15th May, 1941.

Notice to Persons affected by an Application for a License under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936.

Taking of Fish for Sale.

APPLICATIONS have been received from P. and W. Watson, Napier, for extensions of their existing licenses covering the taking of fish for sale by means of the fishing-vessel “Dauntless,” NR 34, using set-nets, long-lines, and hand-lines, catches to be landed at Port Ahuriri, so as to permit the use of trawl-nets in each case.

Any person who considers he will be materially affected by the decision of the Bureau of Industry on this application, and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must furnish them in writing not later than the 15th May, 1941.
