Law Practitioners Amendment Act, 1935.
PURSUANT to the Law Practitioners Amendment Act, 1935, notice is hereby given that the Disciplinary Committee of the New Zealand Law Society on the 7th day of March, 1941, ordered that the name of Norman Harold Rawson, of Pahiatua, be struck off the Rolls of Barristers and Solicitors of the Supreme Court of New Zealand and that he pay ten guineas costs.

Taking of Fish for Sale.
AN application has been received from J Vujevich, 27 Nelson Street, Auckland, for a license to take fish for sale by means of a 28 ft. fishing-vessel, using long-lines and hand-lines.
Any person who considers he will be materially affected by the decision of the Bureau of Industry on this application, and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must furnish them in writing not later than the 7th May, 1941.

AN application has been received from S. J. Goodyear, Athenree, Katikati, for a license to take fish for sale by means of the 22 ft. fishing-vessel “Bluebird,” TA, using set-nets, drag-nets, long-lines, and hand-lines, catches to be landed at Athenree Point.
Any person who considers he will be materially affected by the decision of the Bureau of Industry on this application, and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must furnish them in writing not later than the 8th May, 1941.

Any person who considers he will be materially affected by the decision of the Bureau of Industry on this application, and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must furnish them in writing not later than the 7th May, 1941.

IN pursuance of the powers conferred upon the Price Tribunal by the Control of Prices Emergency Regulations 1939 and with the authority of the Minister of Industries and Commerce, the Price Tribunal hereby makes the following Price Order:—

This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 31.

The maximum price at which soup-powders manufactured by W. F. Tucker and Co., of Auckland, and bearing the trade name of “Sunshine,” may be sold by way of retail at any place in New Zealand where a wholesale merchant buying such soup-powders “freight paid” is situated, or where the retailer buys “freight paid” shall be not more than as follows:—
For packets stipulated to make 1½ pints .. 3½d.
For packets stipulated to make 1 quart .. 6d.
- At any other place in New Zealand there may be added to the price hereby fixed the actual or proportionate amount (calculated to the next highest halfpenny) of any extra freight from such nearest wholesale merchant’s store to place of sale or which would have been incurred had purchase been made from such nearest wholesale merchant.
