Appointment of Members of the Footwear Plan Industrial Committee under the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936.

WHEREAS a plan for the organization of the footwear manufacturing industry as defined in the Industry Licensing (Footwear-manufacture) Notice 1939, has been approved in accordance with section 9 of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936 :

Now, therefore, I, Daniel Giles Sullivan, Minister of Industries and Commerce, acting in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by the said Act, and being of the opinion that the appointment is desirable of a special committee to assist in carrying out the provisions of the said plan do hereby appoint a committee to be known as the Footwear Plan Industrial Committee, and do hereby appoint the following persons to be the members thereof :—
