Cancelling the Reservation over Part of a Reserve in Town of Ormondville, Hawke’s Bay Land District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 9th day of April, 1941.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby cancel the reservation for a site for a court-house over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE.
HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT.
Lot 2, D.P. 6615, being part Block XIII, Town of Ormondville: Area, 1 rood 9·6 perches, more or less.

Cancelling the Reservation over Part of a Reserve in Wakamarina Survey District, Marlborough Land District.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 16th day of April, 1941.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby cancel the reservation for the growth and preservation of timber over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE.
MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT.
SECTIONS 13 and 14, Block III, Wakamarina Survey District: Area, 75 acres 0 roods 35 perches, more or less.

Cancelling the Vesting of Reserves in the Mangaweka Town Board.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 9th day of April, 1941.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS the lands described in the Schedule hereto are reserves for municipal purposes and are vested in the Mangaweka Town Board:
And whereas it is expedient that the vesting of the said lands as hereinbefore referred to should be cancelled, and the Mangaweka Town Board has duly consented to such cancellation:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one of section ten of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby cancel the vesting in the Mangaweka Town Board of the lands described in the Schedule hereto.

SECTION 63, Town of Mangaweka: Area, 1 rood, more or less.

Recreation Reserve in Auckland Land District brought under Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 9th day of April, 1941.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and such reserve shall hereafter form part of the Pukaahu Hot Springs Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain by the Pukaahu Hot Springs Domain Board.

SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 25 acres 3 roods 23 perches, more or less, being parts of Lot 12A, Rangitaiki Parish, Block VII, Rangitaiki Upper Survey District.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 611A, and deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (Auckland plan S.O. 30248.)

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Tuakau Domain.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 16th day of April, 1941.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

Hugh McGuire,
George Carson Bovill,
Ambrose Harker,
John Lapwood,
Walter Francis Collins,
Xavier Garbolino Dromgool, and
Leonard Logan

to be the Tuakau Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Wednesday, the fourteenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one, at one-thirty o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Domain Pavilion, Tuakau, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

TUAKAU DOMAIN.—NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
ALLOTMENT 45, Tuakau Parish, Block IV, Onewhero Survey District: Area, 37 acres 1 rood 39 perches, more or less.
