A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as street:
3 roods 6·56 perches.
Being part Section 159, N.R., Hua District.
Situated in Block II, Paritutu Survey District (Borough of New Plymouth). (S.O. 7941.)
In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 110496, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of April, 1941.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, such road being no longer required.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road hereby stopped:
1 rood 31·84 perches.
Adjoining Papatawa Railway-station.
Situated in Block VII, Woodville Survey District (Hawke’s Bay R.D.). (S.O. 1156.)
In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 94725, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of April, 1941.
