Members’ Voluntary Liquidation.
AT a meeting of the directors of the above company, held on the 27th March, 1941, the following special resolution was passed:—
“Resolved and passed as a special resolution on this the 27th day of March, 1941, that the company of Sterling Forster, Limited, be and is hereby placed in voluntary liquidation, and that DUDLEY NORTON CHAMBERS be and is hereby appointed sole liquidator.”

NOTICE is hereby given that Takanini Stores, Limited, has changed its name to Laurie and Wine, Limited, and that the new name was this day entered on my Register of Companies in place of the former name.

THE GUARDIAN, TRUST, AND EXECUTORS COMPANY OF NEW ZEALAND, LIMITED.
I, RICHARD FROUDE WARD, General Manager of the Guardian, Trust, and Executors Company of New Zealand, Limited, do solemnly and sincerely declare:—
- That the liability of the members is limited.
- That the capital of the company is £100,000, divided into 20,000 shares of £5 each.
- That the number of shares issued is 20,000.
- That calls to the amount of five pounds (£5) per share have been made, under which the sum of £100,000 has been received.
- That the amount of all moneys received on account of estates on the 1st day of January last is £20,991,204 6s. 5d.
- That the amount of all moneys paid on account of estates on that day is £20,947,766 12s. 5d.
- That the amount of the balances due to estates under administration on that day is £43,437 14s.
- That the liabilities of the company as on the 1st day of January last were £287 8s. 6d.
- That the assets of the company on that day were £126,070 15s. 9d.
- That the first annual license was issued on the 10th day of March, 1911.
And I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true and by virtue of the provisions of an Act of the General Assembly of New Zealand intituled the Justices of the Peace Act, 1927.

NOTICE is hereby given that the following resolution was passed by the company on 2nd April, 1941:—
“It is hereby resolved as a special resolution that the company be wound up voluntarily, and that EDMUND VINCENT RIESTERER, of Hamilton, Public Accountant, and JOHN LAURENCE ARCUS, of Wellington, Public Accountant, be and are hereby appointed liquidators for the purpose of such winding up.”
