A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road:
2 roods 4·9 perches.
Being part Allotment 39, Onewhero Parish (D.P. 9595).
Situated in Block VIII, Onewhero Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 30642.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 109253, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 7th day of April, 1941.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as road:—

0 0 34 Portion of land in Proclamation 8624; coloured blue.
0 0 2 Portion of land in Proclamation 9965; coloured yellow.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

ROAD CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 16 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Lots 27 and 28 of subdivision of part Allotment 2, Waipareira Parish; coloured green.
All situated in Block X, Waitemata Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 30899.)
All in the North Auckland District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 108209, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 5th day of April, 1941.

Crown Land set apart for a State Highway Depot in Block I, Awa-o-te-Atua Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a State Highway Depot; and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fifteenth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of Crown land set apart:—
A. R. P. Being
0 3 6·9 Part Allotments 251 and 252 and Allotments 285 and 286, Town of Richmond.
0 0 2·5 Part Allotment 252, Town of Richmond.

In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 108238, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged purple.

Land set apart as an Endowment for Primary Education.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by subsection nine of section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that from and after the date hereof the land comprised in the piece of closed road described in the First Schedule hereto, being land which is adjacent to the endowment for primary education described in the Second Schedule hereto, shall be deemed to be added to the said endowment.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.

ALLOTMENTS 401 and 402, Pukeatua Parish, Block III, Waitemata Survey District: Area 2 acres 3 roods 35 perches, more or less.
