Land proclaimed as Road in Block VII, Mata Survey District, Waiapu County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 3 roods 22·1 perches.
Being part Lot 3, D.P. 2939, Ahi a te Atua No. 1 Block.
Situated in Block VII, Mata Survey District (Gisborne R.D.). (S.O. 4096, blue.)
In the Gisborne Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 108116, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 5th day of April, 1941.
