resolution passed by the Wellington City Council on the eleventh day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty, viz. :

“ The Wellington City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Wellington, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that part of the eastern side of Happy Valley Road, fronting that portion of Lot 12, D.P. 52, comprised in C.T. 253/114, Wellington Registration District ” ;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the eastern side of the portion of Happy Valley Road (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-five feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.

SCHEDULE.

THE eastern side of all that portion of street, situated in the Wellington Land District, City of Wellington, known as Happy Valley Road, fronting part Lot 12, D.P. 52, being part Section 15, Ohiro District. As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 110026, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

The Eastern Side of Portion of Grant Road, in the City of Wellington, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Wellington City Council on the thirteenth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and forty, viz. :

“ The Wellington City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Wellington, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that part of the eastern side of Grant Road, fronting the land in C.T. 351/102, being part Town Acre 636 ” ;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the eastern side of portion of Grant Road (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-five feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.

SCHEDULE.

THE eastern side of all that portion of street, situated in the Wellington Land District, City of Wellington, known as Grant Road, fronting part Section 636, Town of Wellington. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 110453, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

The Southern and Eastern Sides of Portion of Atkinson Road, in the County of Taranaki, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Taranaki County Council on the seventh day of October, one thousand nine hundred and forty, in so far as it affects the sides and portion of road described in the Schedule hereto, viz. :

“ That the Taranaki County Council, being the local authority having control of the roads in the County of Taranaki, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of Atkinson Road fronting part Section 509, Block IX, Paritutu Survey District ” ;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the southern and eastern sides of the portion of Atkinson Road (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of road.

SCHEDULE.

THE southern and eastern sides of all that portion of road, situated in the Taranaki Land District, County of Taranaki, known as Atkinson Road, fronting part Section 509, Grey District, Block IX, Paritutu Survey District. As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 110198, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Blenheim Borough Council, in so far as it affects the portion and side of street described in the Schedule hereto, viz. :

“ That the Blenheim Borough Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the Borough of Blenheim, by resolution passed this twenty-third day of January, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one, declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to 100 links of Park Terrace adjoining the northern boundary of Lot 37 of Section 46, and part Section 46, District of Opawa, in the Town of Blenheim, contained in Certificate of Title, Vol. 29, folio 106, and coloured red and marked AB on the accompanying plan ” ;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the southern side of the portion of Park Terrace (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-five feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.

SCHEDULE.

THE southern side of all that portion of street, situated in the Marlborough Land District, Borough of Blenheim, known as Park Terrace, fronting Lot 37 of Section 46, District of Opawa. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 110507, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
