Notice of Intention to take Land for Housing Purposes in the City of Auckland, Boroughs of Mount Albert, Mount Eden, Ellerslie, Otahuhu, Devonport, and Takapuna, Road Districts of Mount Roskill and Mount Wellington, and Blocks VI and X, Otahuhu Survey District.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1928, and section 32 of the Statutes Amendment Act, 1936, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for housing purposes: And notice is hereby further given that the plans of the land required to be taken are deposited in the respective offices described in the said Schedule and are there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.
