Notice to Persons affected by an Application for a License
under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936.

Manufacture for Sale of Macaroni.

AN application has been received from Star Milling Co.,
Ltd., Caversham, Dunedin, for a license to commence
to carry on the above industry.
Any person who considers he will be materially affected
by the decision of the Bureau of Industry on this application,
and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must
furnish them in writing not later than the 3rd April, 1941.

hereunder written, will be heard by the Native Land Court sitting at Wanganui on the 2nd April, 1941, or as soon
thereafter as the business of the Court will allow.

Regulations 1940.

IT is hereby notified for general information that in pur-
suance of the powers vested in me by Regulation 44 of
the National Service Emergency Regulations 1940, I have this
day issued to—

Ernest Charles John Storer, Labourer, care of 337 Armagh
Street, Christchurch, Registration No. 433252, and
Leo Brophy, Freezing Worker, 35 Newman Street, Timaru,
Registration No. 435583,

notices calling them up for service overseas with the Armed
Forces as being reservists of Class A of the First Division of
the General Reserve, such persons having been severally
convicted for that, being reservists belonging to a class of the
Reserve the enrolment of which has been proclaimed, they
did fail to make application in writing for enrolment in that
class of the Reserve as required by Regulation 43 (1) of the
National Service Emergency Regulations 1940.
