NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the authority conferred on the Bureau of Industry under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936, the following decisions in respect of applications for licenses have been made.

A N application has been received from W. S. Humphreys, Papanui, for a license to take fish for sale by means of the fishing-vessel “Pilot,” 55, using set-nets and drag-nets, catches to be landed at Greenpark, Lake Ellesmere.
Any person who considers he will be materially affected by the decision of the Bureau of Industry on this application, and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must furnish them in writing not later than the 3rd April, 1941.

Taking of Fish for Sale.
A N application has been received from J. Francis, jun., Mangawai, to transfer his Industrial Fishing License covering the taking and hawking of fish in the Mangawai and Kaiwaka districts so as to enable him to take fish at Kaipara Harbour and to hawk in and around Helensville.
Any person who considers he will be materially affected by the decision of the Bureau of Industry on this application, and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must furnish them in writing not later than the 3rd April, 1941.
