A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portion of road in Block IV, Maramarua Survey District, described in the Schedule hereto.

0 1 37·6 Section 4s, Kopuku No. 2 Settlement; coloured green.
0 0 35 Road adjoining Sections 3s and 4s, Kopuku No. 2 Settlement; coloured red, edged red.
All situated in Block IV, Maramarua Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 30286.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 108596, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of March, 1941.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, such road being no longer required.
