Land taken for the Purposes of a Technical School in the City of Wellington, subject to the Leasehold Estate or Interest therein.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a technical school, subject to the leasehold estate or interest created therein by a memorandum of lease to the Amalgamated Brick and Pipe Company (Wellington), Limited, for a term of twenty-one years from the fifteenth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-four, and registered in the Land Registry Office at Wellington as No. 141165; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-fourth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of March, 1941.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for sand-dune-reclamation purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-fourth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 9 acres 3 roods 31 perches.
Being Allotments 41 and 42 of Section 2, Parish of Waiuku West.
Situated in Block VII, Maioro Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 29045.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 96215, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 12th day of March, 1941.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the development of water power; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-fourth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 38·62 perches.
Being Lot 9, D.P. 7457, being part Allotment 4 of Section 13, Suburbs of Auckland; coloured yellow.
Situated in Block I, Otahuhu Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 31763.)
In the North Auckland Land District.; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 110520, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of March, 1941.

Land taken for a Quarry and an Easement over Land taken for the Purposes of a Right-of-way in Blocks X and XI, Cambridge Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, as amended by section sixty-two of the Statutes Amendment Act, 1939, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a quarry, and I do also declare that an easement is hereby taken over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto vesting in His Majesty the King full and free liberty, right, license, and authority in perpetuity to construct and use a right-of-way, with the right for His Majesty’s servants, agents, and workmen from time to time and all at times hereafter to go, pass, and repass with or without horses or other animals or vehicles over the said land, and to maintain, repair, and keep open the said right-of-way for the purpose of providing access to the said quarry, and that such right-of-way shall be appurtenant to the land described in the Third Schedule hereto; and I do further declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-first day of March, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.
