ERRATA.—In the Gazette of the 6th March, 1941, No. 19, page 581, under the heading of “Central Hawke’s Bay Electric-power Board: Resolution amending Special Rate,” the signature of the Chairman should read “C. Pattison.”
In the Gazette of the 13th March, 1941, No. 23, page 623, under the heading “Land Transfer Act Notices,” notice was given of the loss of a renewable lease recorded in register book, Vol. 303, folio 174, in the name of John Perry Rutherford, of Feilding, Stock Agent. In this notice the reference to the register book should read “Vol. 303, folio 154.”

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and section thirty-two of the Statutes Amendment Act, 1936, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-fourth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 roods 20 perches.
Being Sections 71 and 72, Town of Westport.
Situated in the Borough of Westport (Nelson R.D.). (S.O. 9187.)
In the Nelson Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 108656, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 12th day of March, 1941.

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 108053, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 12th day of March, 1941.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a technical school; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-fourth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 acres 0 roods 5·84 perches.
Being Sections 86 and 87, Town of Wellington.
Situated in Block VI, Port Nicholson Survey District (City of Wellington). (S.O. 20542.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 108290, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged sepia.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of March, 1941.
