A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 33·4 perches.

Being part Section 1, Block XI, Kawhia Township, Block IX, Kawhia North Survey District; coloured blue.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

ROAD CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1 rood 10·2 perches.

Adjoining or passing through Sections 16, 17, 18, 19, and 20, Block I, Te Puru Native Township, and Sections 1 and 3, Block X, Kawhia North Survey District; coloured green. (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 30876.)

All in the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 109576, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 7th day of March, 1941.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of March, 1941.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE.

In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 99903, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 11th day of March, 1941.
